Divide a baguette in two and remove the fill. Smear with tomato and add a pinch of salt. Mix one chopped onion, one head garlic, three small chillies, some grated cheese, two eggs and the removed bread interior. Fill this back into the baguette and add a few slices of brie on top. Serve with a salad.
